Our interest in wine and spirits was inspired by food, and energized by the culture, history, people and places that give these meaning.

Collectively, our team has spent over 50 years in restaurants where everything revolves around food, wine, spirits and hospitality. We feel this gives us an edge in relation to how we understand the needs of our customers and the end consumer.

The untimely passing of Ingram Lee has all of us saddened and heartbroken yet grateful for ever knowing him. We will always cherish our friendship with he and Pat and the great memories. Ingram was a friend for life. He was a singular individual like no other person we knew, generous, kind and caring. He contributed so much to all who knew him and even those who didn't. We will miss him dearly.
